OP10: Gating & Riser Cutting Machine (Riser Removal)
The production begins by removing the gating system from the raw casting.
The Equipment: Dual-Station Piston Riser Cutting Machine.
How it Works: It directly cuts the risers from dual-cavity cast pistons.
Key Features: Fully enclosed protective housing for maximum operator safety, rapid cutting speeds, and high-throughput efficiency.

OP20: CNC Lathe (Rough Turning & Centering)
This stage prepares the piston’s external geometry and reference points.
The Process: Performs rough turning of the outer diameter (OD), finish turning of the locating spigot (register), rough turning of the ring grooves, and drilling of the center hole.
Key Features: Equipped with a 3-jaw hydraulic self-centering chuck for ultra-fast clamping. It utilizes a gang-tool structure to eliminate tool-change lag, ensuring rapid cycle times.
CNC System Options: Standard equipped with the highly cost-effective GSK980Tdi system. Premium options like FANUC or SIEMENS are also available based on customer preference.


OP30: Double-Spindle Boring Machine (Pin Hole Processing)
Precision pin hole machining is critical for piston durability and wrist pin fitment.
The Process: Rough boring of the pin hole, machining the circlip grooves, and finish boring of the pin hole.
How it Works: Uses a high-precision outfacing head (expanding tool head). The piston is securely held in place via a pneumatic clamping system. The expanding tool executes multi-step machining in a single setup to guarantee absolute concentricity.

OP40: CNC Non-Circular Piston Lathe (Ovality & Profile Turning)
The piston's skirt must be machined into a complex, non-circular (oval and barrel-shaped) profile to compensate for thermal expansion during engine operation.
The Equipment: Anyang Xinheng’s proprietary, new-generation CNC Piston Copying Lathe.
The Technology: Features a state-of-the-art flatbed linear servo tool post and dedicated high-speed driver. Supported by our custom piston surface data processing software, it can program and machine complex geometries:
Standard ovals
Standard ovals superimposed with eccentric circles
Asymmetric non-ovals
Eccentric ovals and complex 3D profiles
Clamping Flexibility: Uses the locating spigot as the positioning datum. Customers can choose between pneumatic tailstock pressing or a spring-tightened/pneumatically-released clamping mechanism.

OP50: Oil Hole Drilling Machine (Lubrication Holes)
Proper lubrication is vital for piston longevity, requiring highly precise oil-return holes.
The Process: Drills the oil return holes within the piston ring grooves.
Key Features: Features a dual power-head configuration for double the processing efficiency. It supports tilted-angle drilling. The integrated indexing rotary table features a precise scale ruler, allowing operators to control the drilling angle with extreme accuracy. The high-spindle speed ensures an excellent, burr-free surface finish.

OP60: CNC Lathe (Finish Turning of Piston Crown)
The final machining step shapes the combustion dome/piston crown.
The Process: Finish turning of the piston top surface.
Key Features: Employs a robust hydraulic tensioning/clamping device to secure the piston. A gang-tool configuration is utilized for rapid, high-speed face turning to achieve the exact compression height and surface finish.
